At Elite Subwoofers, we are committed to your sonic satisfaction. If your audio experience isn't everything you expected, you can return or exchange your equipment within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your customer account and select the order containing the subwoofer you wish to return to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Gear
Carefully repack the unit in its original double-walled packaging, including all power cables, mounting hardware, and documentation to ensure safe transit.
Ship It Back
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for secure transport to our warehouse.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the unit's condition, we will process your full refund or ship your exchange unit within 3 to 5 business days.
